Are I AM KAMU products waterproof?

The products from I AM KAMU are basically not waterproof and maximally splash-proof. We recommend that you take our products off before coming into contact with water (bracelets and watches).

 

Bracelets

How long do I get a guarantee on my bracelet?

You get a 14-day guarantee on our bracelets. If you contact us within 14 days of receiving your product with your order number and a defect or change request, we will arrange a free replacement or a refund of your purchase amount (after return). Outside of this regulation, the usual provisions in Germany for guarantee and warranty apply.

Which size is right for me?

XS / S: wrist circumference up to 17 cm

M / L: wrist circumference between 17 and 19 cm

XL: wrist circumference between 19 and 21 cm

The size of our bracelets can be adjusted thanks to sliding knots.

What materials are the bracelets made of?

Our bracelets are made from a variety of materials including faux leather, leather and rope.

What materials are the watches made of?

Our watches are made of real leather and stainless steel.

How long do I get a guarantee on my watch?

You get a 24 month guarantee on our watches. Products damaged through your own fault or improper use are excluded from the guarantee.

Which size is right for me?

Our watches are delivered in one size. You can find a detailed video on how to adjust the size of our mesh bracelets on our size page .

Order

What's the order process?

  1. Fill your shopping cart - products and voucher codes

With the " Add to shopping cart" button, you select the products that you want to order. You always have the option to update your selection by changing the number of quantities, adding or reducing products. Don't forget to update your shopping cart before you continue your order process.

You can enter a coupon code if you have one. If you then click on "Apply", the total in your shopping cart will be updated automatically. It is not possible to combine several voucher codes.

The button "Proceed to checkout" leads you to the next step.

  1. Checkout - address and payment

If you already have a customer account, log in with your e-mail address and password. Otherwise, register by filling in the "Invoice Details" ". Of course, we do not share your data with third parties outside our company, unless this is necessary to process your order, e.g. B. to send an order.

Your invoice details are also used as shipping details by default. If your order should be sent to a different address, then open the input field under "Send delivery to a different address?" And enter your different shipping address here. Then choose your preferred payment method.

If all your entries are correct, then read and accept the "General Terms and Conditions" to complete your order process. Then click on “Submit order”. Thank you for your order!

Delivery

How can I track the shipment of my order?

By email

If you order something from I AM KAMU and choose PayPal or credit card as your payment method, you will receive an email confirming your order. In this e-mail you will find your order number as well as the summary of your order, your billing and delivery address. If you pay in advance, you will first receive an email with our bank details so that you can make the transfer. As soon as we have received the payment, you will receive an email confirmation.

Our shipping times may vary. Once your order has been placed, it usually takes 1-3 days for the mail order company to process it.

What are the shipping costs and how long are the shipping times?

The shipping costs and VAT depend on your place of residence and are therefore initially displayed in the shopping cart as flat-rate estimates. During the purchase process, these values ​​are updated and finally displayed in the summary overview.

My shipping address is too long, what can I do?

Our logistics partner does not accept addresses with more than 35 characters. If your address is too long, please use abbreviations like Str. (Instead of street) etc. to reduce the total length. You can leave additional information and address additions in the columns provided.

What can I do if my package has been returned to the sender?

If the shipping tracking shows you that your package has been returned to the sender, it is possible that the address on file is incorrect or incomplete. Please contact our customer service and give us your order number, your tracking code and your full address (the name of the recipient must be identical to the name on the mailbox) - we will then arrange for a new shipment.

What can I do if the shipment tracking says that my package has been delivered but I haven't received it?

You were probably not home to receive your package when it was delivered. In this case, please check whether the deliverer has left delivery information in your mailbox. Your package could be with one of your neighbors or with the caretaker.

If your package cannot be found, please contact our customer service .

I have received damaged goods, what can I do?

We very much regret that damaged goods were delivered to you. Unfortunately, sometimes it happens that the products are damaged during delivery. Please use the contact form , select the topic "Damaged product" and add photos of the damaged products. We will take care of a replacement delivery as soon as possible.
